Jimmie and I defied Friday the 13th last month to do two assemblies at Ocean Shore School in the charming seaside town of Pacifica. For K-3, we read T. Runt!, did a demonstration of how to draw a dinosaur, and took questions. For Grades 4-8 we did a presentation on some of the many ways comics are created, and had another lively Q&A period. The kids were incredibly enthusiastic and inquisitive, and a jolly time was had by all. Here are a couple of pics from the show.
